In "If You Only Knew What Failure Could Do" Thomas, an elementary aged student fears reading out loud to his class, as reading is his least favorite subject. All throughout reading time, anxious and doubtful thoughts fill his head as he awaits his turn to read out loud to the class. When it is finally his turn, Thomas slowly begins to realize that maybe he can read after all... that is until he stumbles across a word he doesn't know. It is in that moment that Thomas realizes his fear has come to life, he had failed. This leaves Thomas feeling like a failure, until he talks with his teacher Mrs. Daniels. Through his teacher, Mrs. Daniel's, Thomas learns that his failure isn't really a failure after all.
